HERE IT IS - THE SCHUBERTH C5
The SCHUBERTH C5 is the new, ultra-modern helmet in the SCHUBERTH flip-up helmet collection. It is the first helmet to be approved in accordance with the new ECE-R 22.06 standard and also has P/J double homologation. The SCHUBERTH C5 combines ultimate safety and superior aerodynamic performance with a compact and lightweight design that continues the iconic and timeless “C” philosophy. The interior, with its exclusive customization concept, offers an unparalleled level of comfort.
The C5 represents the new era of flip-up helmets and is the result of more than 20,000 hours of development, 2,000 test helmets in the SCHUBERTH test laboratory and the in-house wind tunnel and more than 400 hours of test rides on German roads.

Helmet outer shell
-Directly processed glass fiber (SCHUBERTH Direct Fibre Processing) in combination with a special resin is compacted in a vacuum under high pressure to form an exceptionally robust yet uniquely lightweight helmet shell

-Reinforced with carbon to improve shock absorption and reduce weight

Helmet liner
-New EPS material for improved shock absorption performance and an enlarged cavity, with two densities for main part and sides
-New, seamless interior with the SCHUBERTH customization concept for a perfect fit
