On the occasion of HJC's 47th birthday, we are proud to announce the continuation of our partnership with Dorna, the first helmet manufacturer in the world to sponsor MotoGP races.

HJC has enjoyed great success as title sponsor of the Czech Grand Prix 2016 and the French Grand Prix 2017. And in 2018 we will again be the title sponsor of the French Grand Prix in Le Mans. HJC is delighted to be title sponsor of this MotoGP event, as this is the direct way to support our market and the motorcycle racing we love so much.

THE HJC FACTORIES ARE THE STARTING POINT FOR QUALITY AND COMPETITIVE PRICES
The two HJC factories in South Korea and Vietnam produce over one million helmets a year. Each helmet goes through more than 40 production stages in which qualified skilled workers demonstrate their special skills. Centralised purchasing, the networking of the factories and efficient production processes are the basis for the favourable prices of the end products. Standardised quality control at all stages of production guarantees a high level of product satisfaction for the end user.

THE LARGEST DISTRIBUTION NETWORK WORLDWIDE
A well-established distribution network with numerous own storage capacities forms the basis for a worldwide supply of over one million motorcycle helmets. In the USA and Europe, thousands of helmets and spare parts are temporarily stored in order to guarantee a smooth delivery service and prompt supply of spare parts. Qualified HJC service teams in the individual countries give the end user a satisfying feeling when it comes to problem solving and advice.

Our helmets are stable even at 200 km/h.

Whether we develop the helmet for Jorge Lorenzo, Ben Spies or for you, we want to make sure that it performs just as well at 200 km/h as it does at 30 km/h. That's why we test every new helmet model in our state-of-the-art wind tunnel powered by a 177-horsepower engine. This power allows us to simulate driving situations well in excess of 200 km/h, allowing fine-tuning to achieve minimum lift, minimised vibration and noise levels, the lowest possible air resistance, optimised head ventilation and all this with the greatest possible seat stability.

The Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) technology is characterized by a strong composite of high-tech fibers. While conventional fibreglass and unsaturated polyester resin are usually used in most current helmets, HJC's P.I.M. shell is made from a high-strength combination of high-performance materials. This use of high performance composite materials ensures an extremely high destruction of impact energy while maintaining low weight thanks to its strong and flexible twill fabric reinforcement
